At Cane Cares, we believe that even the smallest acts of kindness can create lasting change. This year’s Annual Community Food Drive was a wonderful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with a shared purpose: helping neighbors in need.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we collected and donated a substantial amount of food to PATH Partners, providing much-needed support to local individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Every bag of groceries donated represents more than just food. It represents hope, compassion, and the knowledge that no one has to face difficult times alone.

This year’s food drive would not have been possible without the support of our amazing partners. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Lazy Acres for generously donating thousands of reusable bags for the event. Their contribution made it easy for community members to participate and played a significant role in the overall success of the drive.

We are also honored to support PATH Partners, an organization dedicated to ending homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. Through outreach, housing assistance, supportive services, and long-term solutions, PATH Partners empowers people to regain stability and build brighter futures. Their work changes lives every day, and we are proud to play a small part in supporting their mission.

One of the most inspiring parts of this event was seeing our community rally together. Families, friends, volunteers, local businesses, and neighbors all contributed in meaningful ways.
